1. Reservations & Payments
- A valid government-issued ID and credit card are required at check-in.
- Prepayment or deposit may be required for certain bookings.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
- Standard Rate: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 1 night's stay.
- Non-Refundable Rate: Full prepayment required; no cancellations or modifications permitted.

3. Occupancy & Visitors
- Maximum room occupancy must not be exceeded (standard: 2 adults + 2 children).
- Unregistered visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after 10:00 PM for security reasons.
4. Noise & Conduct
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Excessive noise may result in penalties.
- Disorderly conduct or property damage will lead to immediate termination of stay without refund.
5. Smoking Policy
- Blen Plaza Hotel is a 100% smoke-free property.
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited in all rooms.
6. Pets
- Pets are not allowed (service animals exempt).

7. Valuables & Lost Items
- The hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
- Safe deposit boxes are available at the front desk.
8. Damage to Property
- Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property.
9. Fire & Emergency Procedures
- Tampering with fire alarms is strictly prohibited.
- Familiarize yourself with emergency exits upon arrival.
